Chapter annual membership runs from August 1st through July 31st.

Chapter members include accountants, auditors, investigators, law enforcement personnel, loss prevention specialists, attorneys and prosecutors, managers and executives, academicians and anti-fraud consultants.

Annual Chapter membership dues are $40.  This rate does not include ACFE membership dues, which are paid directly to the ACFE. Student memberships cost $10.

Member levels

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Open to current members of the ACFE who have earned the CFE designation and are interested in positioning themselves as leaders in the prevention, detection, deterrence and investigation of fraud. The CFE is a globally preferred credential that continues to gain momentum as a symbol of quality in the anti-fraud profession.


Open to individuals interested in the prevention, detection, deterrence and investigation of fraud and fraud-related activities. If you are interested in learning more about fighting fraud, becoming an Associate Member will give you access to the knowledge, resources and training you need.


An Affiliate may attend meetings and receive CPE Credit. ACFE membership is not required. Affiliates are not Chapter members.

Student Associate

Open to undergraduate students enrolled at least 12 semester hours (or equivalent) or graduate students enrolled at least 9 semester hours (or equivalent), in a college or university or equivalent.

Anyone interested in becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner should apply for Associate Membership. Associate Membership provides the same benefits as CFE Membership and is a prerequisite to taking the CFE Exam.

College & university students in their third or final year of their Bachelors degree may save on dues with our Student Associate program.
